:grr: I'm a sorcerer in House Telvanni currently on the quest from Master Aryon to find myself a Mouth. Every Telvanni I ask about the Mouth thing says to try "Fast Eddie" in Balmora. Fair enough... but where is Fast Eddie [And why doesn't his name sound very "Telavanni-ish"?]?!?!?! I've conducted a house to house sweep all over Balmora, but no sign of him. I even typed in [placeatpc "fast eddie",1,1,1] at the console to try and summon him to my position, but couldn't get that to work. Am i missing something, am I on the wrong track, or has Fast Eddie caught a case of the mysterious "disappearing NPC virus"?
:sweat: On an unrelated note, my character has lost about 30 intelligence points... I'm not cursed. I have no diseases [blight or otherwise]. But my INT is in red and i'm down 29 points. Is there some cursed artifact out there that does this? And more importantly. is there any way to get those points back? I've tried restore INT potions... nothing. Had a religious conversion and tried going to a temple to get it restored... nothing. I've even tried sleeping it off [oddly enough I gained 2 points back the first time and nothing so far after that]. Thanks in advance for all who can help.

fast eddy is in balmora, i think in the mage guild
try asking the spy master about him, he know him well (you have a quest from the spymaster which involve this guy :))

take off any intelligence-boosting items you may have before you try to restore int. i had a similar problem, have the mentor's ring, and when i would lose intelligence or willpower i could not restore it until the ring was off.
fast eddie is in balmora 3 or 4 houses north of the mages guild.
