Respectively:
1) fiction & speculation on the future, but nothing at the present. (an in-game character mentions it, but he's a liar)
2) not possible w/out a mod, though I've heard someone made one along these lines.

Counter Strike sounds far more like what you're looking for... well not the nude thing but who knows what you can find? ;)

There are (or were) some mods that changed some of the models to nude women back when I was still playing CS (I stopped at beta 6). Dunno if there is an updated version of any of those.
