where can i find an "ascended sleeper" ive beaten he game but i havent found one

You cannot "beat the game" without running across several dozen Ascended Sleepers.

It's not "the game" that he's beat, it's "he game"... I haven't found this game, so I don't know if ascended sleepers are involved... ;)
(I did find a new 6th House base a few days ago... I mean, I've been playing this game for hundreds of hours, and I _still_ keep finding new stuff all the time...)

If you do the game at a low enough level you might not come across any. Only Dagoths which look exactly the same. They appear around red mountain at level 16-18(from memory).

Most of the Dagoths I've run into have been Ash Zombies... Anyway, you have to go into several dwemer ruins on Red Mountain to collect Kagrenac's Tools in order to complete the story; you're bound to run into an Ascended Sleeper in there. Maybe they do only appear at higher level, but I usually don't take on Red Mountain at lower levels. Sixth House bases, and the fortresses that have been taken over by the Sixth House, also have plenty of Ascended Sleepers. Golden Saints are better if you're collecting souls for constant effect item enchantments, they drop valuable stuff to sell to the crab merchant. ;)
