On saturday, a old acquaintance of mine of many years, died in San Diego.
John Stewart, who wrote Daydream Believer, among others, and performed with the Kingston Trio, fell victim to a Cerebral Anuerysim.
We lived a few houses from each other and used to get together now and then in the 60's and 70's.
I'll miss him. It's too bad that the full trilogy from which Daydream Believer was exerpted never got much play. It was a very good, thought provoking song.
