I exceeded 57,000 experience points by killing people in the Arenas in the Pits Of Carnage. When I exceeded this, or right around this amount, I suddenly found my character's carrying capacity changed from 60(I think) stones to 3. Needless to say, this has really put a damper on my career in UW2, and I would really like to see a patch, or at least have the source code released to the public(What would it hurt?!!!)

Something similar happened to me. I fought so much in the Arenas in the Pits Of Carnage that the game became permanently lagged, as there were so many spots of blood/bones in that room, the game had a hard time to render them all. If theres a new UW they should make those blood spots clear up after a while.

I had that problem somewhat, but this happened years after originally playing the games....
