Concept artists often use random internet photos to produce artworks quickly. It might look completely different ingame.

It is neat to see random glass broken in the other clocks (or a transparent texture). Clock on the right is numbered counter-clockwise if viewed from the outside. The I, II, III, IIII, V seen closest to right edge. The gear assemble still seems to turn all the clocks in the same direction, clockwise.
