So far I've found four out of the five rocks I need. Three were in the Temple area (with the Meteor), and one in the Priest's room in a chest. According to the walkthrough, the fifth rock is on a Priest that attacks you at the start of the bunker. I can't find him anywhere if he does indeed have it. Can anyone assist?

If I remember correctly, I found the priest in the forge, which is downstairs in the northwest corner of the bunker area (even though you go downstairs, you're still on level 5). (The other Akbaa stone in the bunker is in Iserbius's bedroom, in a chest that is hidden in the frame of his bed, but it sounds like you found that one.)

Thanks for the response, but I've checked the two priests in the forge (both the bodies, and backtracking to a savegame), and neither have the stone :(. And the one in Iserbius's bedroom is the only one I've found in this area.

Sorry for the misinformation. I just went back to a saved game myself and found the Akbaa stone again, so this time I'm sure this is correct. The priest is on level 4, not 5. He was in the second (smaller) of the two rooms when I dispelled the field to enter the bunker, but he ran at me and ended up dying in the doorway between the two rooms.

Aye... that's what the walkthrough said too. But the only people who were in that room were a pair of those Yllsid toughies :(

Hi!
This priest will only appear when you've enchanted your final weapon (blue aura) and when you've seen one of the four final cinematic with Alia or the Rebel (depending on your previous actions in the game).

I assume everyone on this post is further than I. I have one Akbaa stone which I took from the chest in the preists room, the first time I went into the Temple under the Yellow Rose. I killed everyone and rescued Alia, but didn't find anymore rocks. I wasn't keeping track of what level I was on. Did I miss something or I just need to play longer?

Just keep playing. You won't get to the point I am at until the very end. Though, for reference, there are *three* of those rocks in the temple area. Two are moderately hidden though.
I solved my problem by the way. Silly ol' me didn't enchant the weapon properly :)
