I found the elevator in diego's room but it wont let me use it because of a biological hazard but I cant get into beta grove because I need the envirosuit but I can reach that because in enginerring.

I got that one already the little represintation of the charachter where you crouch and stuff is now purple,but I think I need the V3 to release the safety interlocks of beta grove and V3 is in enginerring.

You never need to have an environmental suit on in order to enter Beta Grove, it's just that you won't get very far without one. The suit in Storage is the only one you can get before going in there.

I'm trying to remember if the Enviro Suit (V3 I think?) in Abe Ghiran's office on Level 3 Maintenance is accessible for first time venturing in Beta Grove or not...
I remember something about SHODAN security being too tight to open the door even with using Abe's severed head.

You can reach the maintanance office only after you jettison all the groves and then the Master Grove you'll have to go down to maintenance and fix something
then you'll get the chance to destroy all the cameras and get 1% security level
and get in with the head of Abe

Beta Grove is infected with a biohazard, and the V1 envirosuit protects only against biohazards and not radiation. Therefore, you're in luck.

The EnviroSuit in Ghiran's office is a v2. You'll get a v3 suit in Engineering.
