I guess given the persecution complex some religious folk have, (
http://standforchristmas.com/) I shouldn't be surprised.
but god dammit stereotypes stop being lived up to

Okay...even I'll admit that this is a little bizarre.

i'm boycotting christianity for turning people into blithering idiots and then i'm supporting obama's plan to move christmas to Jan. 8th just to twist the knife!
and THEN i'm going to go buy some shit from the gap! haha!

I just watched the commercial for GAP, I was truly repulsed when they mentioned that we should liberate and how they put Christmas next to solstice. Pretty much what they said was we need to break free and do what we feel is right which goes against everything for this Christmas season. Please go to youtube and watch the commercial if you haven't already seen it. I will NEVER step foot into one of their stores or any store affiliated with them. They have completely lost my business and my families too.
(seriously people read the comments they're AWESOME)

I don't have a TV, so I'd never seen that Gap ad.
I think I'm more confused now than I was before I watched it.

If this is all about christmas why is there a silhouette of a kneeling lady tearing a dog or goat's head off at the top?.

Tis the season to RAAAAGGEEEEE!
Fa la-la la-la la-la FUCK YOU!
Listen, all I want to do is eat my Christmas ham in peace. Not watch a bunch of people get uppity, while a bunch of other people get uppity at all the people getting uppity. It's a vicious circle jerk that ends up being a horrible experience for everyone involved. This is not what Christmahanukwanzaatice is all about here.
That said, that is a funny site, and it has left me greatly entertained. Thanks Dethtoll. :thumb:

Well thank God for that website, because up until now, customers just didn't have a voice!

Domain owned by Focus on the family, a group of right wing nutjobs if ever there was one.
Figured I should check, just because the whole thing feels like a left-wing strawman attack on the right. But nope - the scarecrow really doesn't have a brain.
Interesting. The two top 'rated' sites both feature guns somewhere on the frontpage. Bass Pro is selling BB Guns, Cabela's is having an ammunition sale. Apparently, the true spirit of christmas involves shooting things.
