CS spoilers ahoy.
Righty, I'm up to the part where you have to meet up with Duty then clear out the tunnels, but I can't get into the Duty base as the door is locked. Earlier in the game I entered the Argoprom area then left without meeting up with the Duty guards at the outpost who wanted to talk to me (Which you then follow to another outpost meeting a Bloodsucker on the way). Now those guards won't talk to me despite the fact they're marked on my PDA as my next stop, effectively bringing the main mission to a grinding halt.
Question: Is there any console command or something that can skip that part on the main mission or jumpstart it in any way?

Can you not just enter the tunnel they're guarding then?
You could try killing the guards, that might spark the next step in the quest.

It's the main base I can't get into, the building where the Duty commander is. The marker on my map tells me I've got to talk to the guards at the Agroprom/Garbage checkpoint, but they don't have anything to say to me.

Did you try killing them?
Sorry, that's all I can think of.

Will slaughter Duty fascists and report back!

I'm pretty sure killing the door guard at duty base opens the door. Doing it without making enemies of duty might be hard though.

I also entered Agropom but before going to the Flea Market to get robbed, I was hoping to find the Seva earlier like that, I bought all the stash info from Agropom and returned to Garbage, running like hell from the bandits at the barrier, but when I got back I could continue the storyline with no problems.
It must be a nasty bug. If you have an early save in Garbage I would suggest taking it from there.
Also what patch are you running?
