I am! Baulder's What? Morrowho? I can't stand them. Morrowho got on my nerves, too much pointless text to read and too many thiny disguised bloody go-here-and-see-this-person-while-looking-at-the-pretty-landscapes-errands.
Yuck.
So anyway, as I was saying I don't like RPGs, infact System Shock 2 is as RPG-y as I have ever got, so I knew I was taking a bit of a risk with Arx.
I loaded it up for the first time and guess what.....
..I loved it :D:D
I just discovered the alchemy 'recipies' which is cool, combat is pretty damn decent for an RPG in my experience (unlike Morrowho?). Many bonus points to Arkane for giving the player character the ability to weild a sword like I would, unlike Thief etc.
Voice acting appears to be Top Notch, the landscapes and models are lovely and the interface is brilliant. I love the magic casting wossname, verynice that.
I do have one or two minor niggles, but they are nothing worth mentioning really, so I won't.

That said it truly is a beautiful game, too much fun involved in it, the quests are nice and difficult at times and the enemies are interesting. Yeah a few bugs are in the game, but pfffttt! who really cares the patch has fixed the show stoppers.
