Hypothesis: No Hamas = No More Problems. For anyone. - by SubJeff

At first I thought this thread was just trolling, but apparently SubJeff really is that much of an idealogue.

I know what Hamas is but I also know that they are beholden to their support networks and funders in other Arab countries. If the Arab League and Iran agreed that they were not helping the situation and suggested an alternative (the PLO? Shock horror!) Hamas might listen.
Why would they suggest alternatives? Hamas has performed exactly as they have been tasked. There isn't one Islamic country in that area that doesn't want to see Israel wiped off the face of the Earth. Iran has even (

You're seriously reaching for straws at this point, ya know.

If that works, I got another one for you.
How about disbanding the Republican Party ?
Works for me. I'm party-affiliated, voter-registration wise, but it's not with either major party.
Anyway, go ahead and take the Jews out of Israel, it will just go back to what it was during their exile - a vast piece of useless desert.

While we're at it, let's not forget to ship all the Israelis back to Europe, too.
Actually, there were many more Jewish refugees forced to leave Arab nations who settled in Israel than there are Palestinian refugees.

Useless desert + Jews = great place to be? I'm not following (and I'm not being a smartass - I really think I missed your point).

(spoiler alert)
He clearly said that the land was useless without the Jews there (aka the 1800 years when it was primarily inhabited by Christians and Muslims). It pretty much speaks for itself.

You're embarrassing yourself now. Stick to the point. We're not talking about Iran's intentions but about how to secure peace for the average Gazan. You may think every Arab nation wants to destroy Israel but you're wrong. If the Palestinians are taken care of (not anyone else's problem anymore) the only people who would have any issues would be Iran and Syria but look at their regimes.
SD - a maritime lawyer on Radio 4 this morning said it's legal to board ships that are attempting to break a blockade even if they are still in international water.

You're right. Any sane person would have left you to your incoherent rants long ago. I suppose I should have stopped responding for fear of becoming that much dumber, but I was kind of hoping there was an intelligent point buried somewhere deep in your psyche. So much for that...
(as food for thought before I leave the thread for good though: be sure to look up passages in the Koran which explicitly state that the destruction of Jews is a prime goal for Islam. Any country which holds Islam as its state religion has an obligation to hate Israel.)
