Oh frik, who cares - the law, rules, Whitehall, the government, whatever. It's all procedure that is getting in the way of sense and still nothing. to. do. with. lawyers. It's not even the lawyers that start it all - it's some other idiot that hires them. Probably YOU. over some dollars you lost

I'll quote myself. But it wasn't dollars it was pounds and it was over 10 years ago and its still affecting us because we're still trying to recover from losing the best part of £200,000.00 (quite a lot back then) in savings, rent, insurances, a building, a business - pretty much everything. But hey, we've got a 60/40 chance of being seriously rich next year! :D
And yes, I agree, it is all about procedure and other rubbish that gets in the way of just trying to live a reasonable life.
And hugging is definitely a better way to go - but perhaps not
