I was thinking about going and getting a glass of water to drink while I sit at my desk. I dislike having a dry mouth and water is good for your health. Well, we may or may not have some spring water in the fridge but actually now I remember that we don't so never mind.

Have anybody heard about that thing who happened a couple a years ago in france or something, where lots of garden gnomes where stolen, and a month or so after all the gnomes disappeared, some tourist found all of them in the woods and over them there was a banner saying:
THE GARDEN GNOMES LIBERATION FRONT

Some fucker ;) is hoarding it until the TTLG NYC bash, I'd bet. But that'd be good to get some pictures of a bunch of TTLGers with the gnome.

I've gotten a few pictures, but haven't had the chance to really take it out in the city (gotta hit the Empire State Building).
The idea of keeping it until everybody is here is tempting, but I'll probably have it moved along in a couple of weeks.

If everyone's in a hurry to get their hands on the little guy, we could always entertain the notion of putting a second gnome in circulation.
But I guess then it wouldn't be THE Gnome.

I agree, it would be more special to be visited by THE Gnome than by its cousin, Almost THE Gnome.
Still, if a second one were put into circulation, then we could have Gnome Races - Which Gnome will visit each continent first ?
Or perhaps we could have the TTLG Teddy Bear visiting also . I wonder how much one of Gloria Creep would charge for one of her creations ...
