i just played T3 fm, and now i don't know how to uninstall it and restore my original T3 installation. there's no 'uninstall' option and help doesn't say anything about how to do it...

Just select "Thief 3 Original Missions" from the fm list and install.

Its the same way that DarkLoader handled uninstalls. Also you do not need to unistall an FM before installing another but you do really need to before playing the Original Missions again.
