I see, in that case this could be because you don't have install.cfg. Since that file directs the game to the CRFs, the cutscenes and the CD drive letter, etc.
Just give me the word and I'll send you the contents of an install.cfg in a private message.

Now i can hear the complete sound but i can't see the cutsceens any more :( :( :(

The intro cutscenes only show when running the game for the first time, after that you'll go straight to the main menu. But the cutscenes aren't appearing where they are supposed to, you can see if everything is correct in install.cfg in the cutscenes line.

Could it be that the file had some problem when apatching or something?
Its just that it is the only thing i can try... and its better than doing nothing :/
