How to Play Mods with GOG version of SS2

I've been dying to play SS2 missions like Ponterbee Station and UNN Nightwalker, as well as the latest System Shock Infinite, but I don't know how to make my version SS2 play those mods. Additionally, there are no guidelines for how to get these mods working with GOG.com version of SS2, which has a different file layout than the CD version.

I have a similar problem with T2X: Shadows of the Metal Age, which is not compatible with GOG's version of Thief 2.

How do I prep my GOG versions to work with the available mods and levels, or do I need to buy the original game CDs to work with?

Download SS2Tool from here:

also, the GOG version of T2 can load FMs and T2x just fine, see the bottom of the first post (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=134733) here.

Your suggestions worked! Thank you! I am now able to play the SS2 levels, and Thief 2X works perfectly. I'm glad that I'm able to finally play mod which intrigued years ago. And SS2 Infinite is also awesomely done. Thanks again. :D
