You can try browse around the available properties. But it would probably look weird, since movement speed and animation speed are two different things.

You can increase enemy speed via the Creature->Time Warp property.
1.00 is normal speed; 2.00 means the enemy will take twice as long to play each motion; 0.50 means they will take half the time.

From what Ive tested so far by changing time warp the enemies movement speed and animations are tied together.
That includes walking, attacking and even their death animations. This is great cuz a lot of the enemy animations in ss2 are overly exaggerated in how slow the attacks and death animations are, probably meant so ppl can enjoy watching the enemies die slow but imho it looks silly when the hybrids do that uppercut move with the pipe, that particular animation is ridiculously slow that a slap in the face would be more devastating.

Yeah, that is true, but you still lose quite a bit of health when getting hit by that attack.

There's one attack they have that's really fast, it can take you by surprise.

I hate that attack, usually the only reason I lose health while in MedSci.
