Have unarmed person I want to hit me but currently does damage equivalent to that of a sword. Motion stag is "WithSword 0" because that's all I know, but I'm looking for a way to make him weaker as if he's just hitting me with his hands. Maybe knock off only 1 health or so per hit.
Any way to do this?

You need to use a Weapon link.
E.g. a sword guard has a Weapon link to Sword, and that archetype has stim sources that define how much damage it does.
You could give the AI a Weapon link to Blackjack, which produces less damage, but there will be no sound when the player gets hit. There's probably something that can be done with schemas to rectify that. An alternative is to make a new weapon archetype and re-do the stim sources, using SlashStim. Have a look at Sword and for each stim double click and go to Edit Shape to see why there are three of them.

I added a Weapons link from an AI to ApeClaw -2394 and it generates a hitting sound like the ape beast. If you use that method, you can edit the stims and decrease the intensity, or make a custom claw and set it to whatever intensity you would like.
