It's simple - assume that you've played a bit of the game already;
Now go to bed (late - optional);
Go to work after having skipped your morning shower so you can get some Arx time in;
Sit at work all day wondering if the excuse "I'm having a brain hemorrage" will work on your boss as an excuse to go home and play more Arx;
