How to increase quality in GTA 4 with mods ?

Hi!

Do you know some tricks how to increase video quality in (http://www.gtaall.com/gta-4/mods/) GTA 4? I mean high resolution textures or something like that...
Maybe you know some good mods or texture pack

I would be grateful for any help!
