[QUOTE='[NAUC]Chief']okay here is the thief gold training map, I havnt got the teleport to work as it kept crashing my computer (just couldnt figure out how to do teleports in t3 even with the readme and tutorial map as a guide) so you'll have to open each one up manually. These are the .unr files for the editor. Also its all the one texture (not the editors default tho) and there are no lights (but it is visible) see what you think of the mis2t3d converted file:

See how it compares with the original and we'll know the extent of the current mis2t3d :)
Link seems to be broken at the moment!

didnt expect the link to be so popular so i hosted it on my old file host (10mb bandiwth limit per day) and so d/ls got disabled after the bandwith hit 13.4mb :D
Here it is on my other host:

well, I ran around this map. It was definitely the training mission. I went to the basketball room and since there wasnt a basketball, I used myself instead and climbed the hoops and fell through.
Played smoothly for me, granted it was just the rooms and nothing else.
Keep up the good work

Yep, this is the first one I did when I was writing the convertor. 'Course I was running around in Unreal Tournament, not Thief 3. :)

Hopefully you guys can figure out how to do water and arrows.

If it's standard UEd colours, green means a non-solid brush. They can cause standard Unreal to throw a hissy fit and cause a ton of BSP errors, so it's possible that T3 has trouble dealing with them as well.

yeah in ut2k4 you can have the entire map imported and it plays fine (no chopping it up into smaller chunks).
Yeah, the green brushes are water sheets, the convertor converts thief's water into the unreal equivilent but of course it doesnt exsist as water in thief3/ut2k4 as they moved onto the better volume idea.
I wonder if it would be possible to make water thru the old zone info process if someone could code it- just a thought.
Btw so far LOTP is split into 4 maps but its going to have to be split into (from my reckoning) at least 8 before it would be playable. (i think file size may be one of the issues with all these problems).
And yes gt747 im also a vine and water fan (so much fun reaching inaccessible areas). But im more interested in drunk guards :laff:
