Ok, first, unless your a Duchess or sided with dementia, dont even bother with the bust, it will not open for anyone but the duchess, and the other 2 doors are locked, but if you have about 80 magicka, sheogoraths protection, a few lockpicks and a way to kill/injure yourself, then you will be able to get out. First pick the lock on the door to the Duchess quarters, note the lock on the door is very hard, so unless you have alot of lockpicks or a high security it might be alittle difficult but not impossible. Then kill the Dark seducers inside and head over to the large jar thing on the left hand side of the bed and pick up "Grand Ring of intelligence", equip the ring. Now you should have 100 or more magicka, and now you cna cast sheogoraths protection, then get summon to kill you or find a way to injure yourself, when your health goes down, you should appear in sheogoraths palace. :)

ok i found out how to get out of this locked up area "private gardens" all this spell using and crap takes to long. just bring the console using the ~ key. go up to the door that you want to be opened, click it, type "unlock" in console. open the door,and be on your way.
