The DingleBerries are very difficult to get, but doable. First, you have to talk to Vivec EXACTLY 100 times (= to number of coconuts). I don't think it matters which topic you choose, but I haven't tested this yet. Afterwards, he will tell you of a special tree in Vvarfandell which holds all of the known dingleberries in the world.
The tree is tough to find. First, you need to find the much coveted Scrolls of Icarian Flight. Next, climb up the the Vivec Floating prison (right on the roof). Go to the edge (AT EXACTLY 4 PM on any day) and use the scroll to jump directly towards the center of the island (Vvarfandell). DO NOT use slowfall or other such spells to stop your descent. When you land, you'll break through the ground and see the tree of infinite Dingleberries.

I just found it...
Inside you'll meet Klorog Nork, the infamous half daedra/orc you need to make sure you're carrying the "ring of the pack guar" to carry all your goods back, because he gives you a complete set of dwelvin scale armour (which rocks because it works as light/medium/heavy all at once with each piece AR of over 300) in exchange for the location of "the rabid nix hound king" (he can be found just south of the wealousa tomb) I did run into a problem though, it seems without the "colin hair of wisdom" you cannot pick the dingleberries. anyone know where this is?
