The majority of us have trouble figuring out exactly what you're trying to say even when you're stone cold sober and wide awake as it is.

More like the last sixty years. Well, except maybe that one decade where nobody was threatening to nuke anybody/everybody. But then there were a lot of things wrong with the 90s.
