Just the clan quests you get to do, I think. And the cure quest.
What happens to all your faction memberships? Do you get expelled and/or demoted? Can you get back to where you were after you are cured?

As Ania said the main advantage of being a vampire is the additional quests you get to do, although completing anything else at the same time is very difficult because not that many people want to talk to you. Also it becomes difficult to use the fast transports, silt strider, ship and magic teleport because they don’t want to talk to you. So have another means of travelling around quickly such as the Propylon Circle or flying.
There is another reason for being a vampire and that’s to upgrade the sword Goldbrand to Etonbrand. Makes an already good katana a very good katana.
As far as I could tell all your stats return to those before you became a vampire, although I did notice a couple of discrepancies but nothing of great importance. All the other quests are active even when you are a vampire, so you don’t loose them.
