I've had a spectacularly bad year. I'll leave it at that.
Also, your pictures still don't work, Gryz.

I work from home anyway and so does my wife (plus she is on maternity leave until next May), so not much change for us - my job is safe and we can get hom delivered groceries, so we're pretty lucky in terms of effects.
That said, I've suffered from severe depression my entire life, so more of the same isn't necessarily cherries and cocoa anyway.
Not being able to travel to see family has been tough, but we've been talking every weekend on zoom, which is more than we would usually talk, so in a weird way it has brought us closer together.
I'm also generally dismayed about how humanity seems to be slipping backwards in terms of general progressiveness too. So +1 to BH's post.

A bit shit but could be an awful lot worse.
Work is a teeny tiny bit stressful with the government one minute making extra work by pissing about with tax rates and inventing magical special offers and the next closing all our customers. Everyone wants everything yesterday and I've had a whole four days off so far this year.
Survived a plane crash which whilst not as bad as you might expect wasn't a whole load of fun either. I don't recommend it, there's a lot of paperwork involved.
I was looking up the price of a bottle of gin for someone earlier and discovered from the past invoices just how much I've had to drink this year. I think my liver probably dislikes me almost as much as my insurance company.

You know what I want? Weed. Lots of it. It's been 6 years since I fired up a fatty, and I'd kill for some now.
I NEED TO SELF MEDICATE!

Ended a relationship that went super wrong after almost 3 happy years together. Moved out, trying to start anew. Lost my job, kinda in the aftermath. Severed ties with one surprisingly toxic friend.
On the other hand, got much closer with my family. Patched things up with father, got close with mom again. Talking with my sis more often than ever before. Found some new friends, got back to music, started playing bass (and loving it). Bi-weekly band rehearsals keep me busy and relatively sane. Saved up some money to have time for job hunt. Will see how it turns out.
All in all, way too many events to cram in a year, but overall I don't feel like I can complain. Could have been much, much worse.

I'm Mexican. Things are always a mess, but we survive.
