Thought it would be the same as a screenshot in Thief but obviously not. Or if it is I can't find where it's hiding or what it's called. Plus although I have a bit of webspace I've not yet figured out how to use it. This could be a good time to experiment though, otherwise I'll email it, if that's OK.
This isn't a major problem so please don't waste a lot of time on it.

Make sure the TTLG forum is the active window, press Alt + Print Screen to copy the window image to the clipboard, open an image editing application if you haven't already (MS Paint works fine if you don't have something better), press ctrl + v to paste the image, crop the image if necessary, upload it to a file hosting site, link it here.
If anything, you've learned something new.
Also, if I have a really slow connection, the bottom of the forums page, starting with "What's Going On?" down, may not load, or may take nearly half-a-minute. Refresh helps, but your situation sounds worse, somehow.

It doesn't want to know at all. Won't take a screenshot and I've tried all the other Fs I think as well in case my keyboard is configured differently. Don't know if it's any help but I've discovered that if I highlight the Currently active users and copy, the names are revealed as below.
