The quickest of asides, they mention that experiance with stealth and third-person games is a plus. Again with this third-person thing, after seeing what happened to DX2 I'm getting a mite bit worried.

Best guess is that the 3rd person refers to the Body Awareness feature of Thief 3. ie you can see your body/arms/legs from the first person perspective. Much like Arx Fatalis.
