Apparently Ken Rolston once posted that making time pass more slowly would be easy. I haven't got a clue how. Days & nights roll past far too fast for my liking - does anyone know exactly how to change this? Help would be much appreciated.

Well, except for two things,
being a vampire
or
entering the Dissident Priests hideout
, I haven't found anything that is time-sensitive. That is, time-of-day sensitive. Am I just missing some quests?

One can use a plugin that sets the global value "TimeScale," found in the "Gameplay > Globals..." menu of the Construction Set to less than the default multiplier of 30 (though this only seems to affect new games started while the plugin is active) or use the console command:
set timescale to < multiplier >
