wee finally got my custom skins working =D anyway, trying to make some birthsign abilities and im not quite sure how drain and absorb works.
For drain the book says the magnitude is the units reduced each second of duration. If i was to set it to drain fatigue duration 1 magnitude 150 would that just drain 150 fatigue for 1 second? i want the drain to be done all at once but for about a 60 second duration, how would i go about doing that?
for absorb i actually tried it out and am kinda confused, it seems like it goes by the magnitude spaced out over the duration instead of all at once for that duration. i set drain 50 health for 60 seconds and it wound up taking 50 health every tick! =P how often does each drain take place, is it every 2 seconds? whoever knows how these two work please explain it to me, tnx
