Is there any way to catch vampirism by eating the vampire dust you pick up from dead vampires? I noticed that one of the attributes says Vampirism but its the last one.

You can only get it from eating things that are first one the list.
Anyway, the Vamprism effect makes you look like a vampire for 1 second. The rest is scripted, and so doesn't happen unless the script is run.

no the only ingred with vampirism is vampire dust.

And, like I said, even if you use the editor to assign Vamprism to another ingredient, you won't make a useful potion - only one that looks cool on your shelf. Or can help get Eltonbrand.
