How?? I can log out, unsubscribe to threads, all that, but HOW can I just get totally out, like my name is off and I have to re-register (which I won't), etc.? There doens't seem to be an option for that, anywhere.

In your User CP, where your subscribed threads are listed, there should be a link under each one that says "Unsubscribe" or similar. It's pretty easy to miss.

There are also unsubscription links at the bottom of every email notification.

I really don't understand these threads. Is there some sort of elite, undercover TTLG thug squad that comes into peoples' homes in the dark of night and threatens them with big clubs saying, "Hey you, go to TTLG and post or we'll break your kneecaps."
