...get up someones nose enough for them to send a morag tong assasin? Their armour is second to none, and not only that, I want to fight a hard enemy.

You can't, sadly. I thought this might have been pretty cool. Like if get enough people mad at you, assassins are sent after you.

That sounds like an interesting plugin idea, but it's a shame it wasn't included in the full game.

If you mean the Dark Drotherhood assassins, they are deployed automatically after you install Tribunal. And their armor is only so-so.

Agreed -- their armor is good if you're just starting out, but there's much better light armor out there (ie, glass).
You can join the Morag Tong if you want, but you can't get them to send an assassin after you, except for one situation: [SPOILER]In Tribunal, if you act in the play, a Morag Tong assassin thinks that you're his target and comes after you.[/SPOILER]
You can actually join the Morag Tong and become grandmaster -- I did. Trust me, there's no special armor involved, although you do have access to the "Sanguine" magic items, which have pretty spiffy constant effects.

I must be thinking of the Dark Brotherhood then. I just remember receiving this black armour from an assasin while in ebonheart [and 'borrowing it off the said person] which had an armour rating of something insane, like 200 and was light armour...
