I have only been expelled once, but I would like to get back in and I dont know who to talk to... everyone just tells me to see the temple master or something like that...
any help would be appreciated.

I "think" you need to go to Ghostgate and theres a dude in the temple, just talk to him. Thats all i had to do. :ebil:

Or you can talk to the High Fane in Vivec. But getting out of those locked doors he has without him getting angry is another question entirely. I dont have any sneak skill so I had to use a Divine Intervention Scroll. However all the loot I got out of the Telvanni vault was worth it. I can always use a third set of Ebony Armor. :erm:
