I'm in Hla Oad, trying to get a dwemer tube, goblet, and bowl from Ra'zhid for Sugar-lips. Townsfolk tell me that ra'zhid's looking for a buyer, but Ra'zhid and everyone in Fatleg's drop-off claim to know nothing about them.
How do I get the artifacts?
