And if they get upset about it, it's their fucking problem. They are free to restrict free speech in their countries. They are free to protest. They are free to burn flags. They are free to boycott (As retarded as that is, considering it'll just invite similar retaliation).
They are not fucking free to call for beheadings, burn down embassies, and the rest of the associated batshit insane tactics.
The point of free speech, is that it is supposed to protect people who say things that you don't like.

Whilst your crusade for equality is laudable StD this is one group that don't see things the other way. You can say I'm being too general but if you look at some of the other videos on the site linked by the OP you will see some amazing racist bullshit that has been broadcast in Islamic states.
Nothing like that would be broadcastable here about any group whatsoever.
The fact that it can be broadcast, and that people tolerate it (and will end up believing it if they don't already), is a sure reflection of the attitudes of the society. Yes, they don't have freedom of speech or information and so they have a distorted world view but that doesn't make the fires they start burn cooler of the stones they throw softer.
I agree with Chimpy that the Muslims you meet here may not say what they really believe in front of you. I've met many Muslims, born in the UK, that are both educated to a very high standard who also believe that there are lots of Zionist/Crusader conspiracies about, that Islam is superior to all other faiths, that violent Jihad is acceptable and that one day The West will fall to Islam. And it's not because they say it outright, it's because I can read between the lines. Can you?

Can you?
Well, how can I argue with opinions that you're assuming these people hold? You got me there :joke:.

That's because the protests and riots
aren't over the twelves cartoons printed by the Danish paper in September last year and later by several papers in muslim countries over the last four months, but rather the three cartoons that magically appeared when certain fuckstick clerics went around the middle east recently to deliberately try and stir shit up.
If the muslims should be rioting against anyone, they should be hunting down Imam Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu Labanthe and his mates and whichever bastards forged the three extra cartoons.
Amazingly, the apparant fact that the riots are due to fogeries created by muslims to deliberately anger muslims has managed to pass many news services by.
And let's not forget the ever so convenient rumours that Danish people were burning Qurans was what set off a lot of the riots when the cartoons proved insufficient.
A lot of work went into making sure muslims were offened enough by this to riot.
This wasn't a case of mere offended religious sensibilities, this was an engineered series of riots.
EDIT - fix syntax me good.

Deploy your aura of righteous crusader for the oppressed, and scream "islamophobe" in accusing tones if you must, but I'd like clearer indicators the moderate muslim majority has outright rejected the doings of their fanatical element.

Come on StD, even you aren't that stupid. I don't need someone to tell me exactly what they think when they comment that Israel has the right to exist in an extremely sarcastic manner and exchange smirks and looks with their pal who is in on the joke. Anyone with half a brain can pick up on the general views and attitudes of others over time without them coming out and saying it. Especially if I don't make any comment at all or tell them what I think. Anything that isn't explict would just pass you by anyway.
Why on earth is there not more fuss being made out of the forgeries now? And why are the Danish Muslims who made and distributed them not in court? There must be some law regarding this kind of thing.
Ack, what does it matter anyway. Even if these guys admitted on TV that they stirred up the issue with lies it would only be because they were being threatened by the Jewish secret police of Zionist Oppresion and Foul Intentions.

Where the hell did I throw a "hissy fit"?
Anyway it's a sign in the right direction, doesn't mean my worries have miraculously disappeared. It's a pretty valid concern, how well the islamic world and the west can get along.
