how can I disable intros/logos?

I would like to disable those annoying intro videos/logos.unfortunatelly,its not as easy as deleting the proper files,as they are apparently hidden in game data..anyone knows how to do this?

Just Use the -nointro flag in the shortcut properties. See here for more info
