I need help. I am currently doing the House Redoran quests and have run into a snag. I am trying to complete the Redoran Councilor quests and am currently at the Caldera Corrupt mission. I talked to Garisa Llethri and he told me his conditions for sponsoring me in the house. I went to Caldera and to the mines. I had previously been here before, and freed the slaves, so the suggested route of talking to Dahleena was not an option, because she was no longer there. So I found out how to make characters come back to the game and I did that and brought back her and all the other slaves. When I talk to her or to Cunius Pelelius, neither of them give any sort of dialogue options to prompt the "secret Caldera ledger" storyline. Even though I go steal the ledger and go back to talk to Garisa, I get no acknowlegement of the secret ledger in my possession, thus not furthering the storyline. What can I do to get his endorsement? Do I need to kill Stlennius Vibato? I cannot find the character "Secunia" that is mentioned in the strategy guide, so he/she is not an option. Please!! If anyone out there knows a solution, please let me know so I can get unstuck!!! THNX

Kill the slave girl. It doesn't acknowledge if you have freed her, I think you can also kill the 2 other people but you get less reward.

Thanks for the advice, but it didn't work. I am really afraid I have screwed something up majorly. Can it maybe be fixed thru the script ability? Hoping beyond hope.

Good, this thread was moved.
Now you see that wholesale slaughter of innocents is not the answer. :tsktsk: This is a classic Redoran problem. Many, including myself, have been tripped up by this combination quest. It sounds like you restored Dahlenna, but the journal needs to be 'backed up' before you will see the appropriate topics that will let you proceed. Here is a (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72977) link to an old thread on this quest. It will walk you through the journal editing. I hope that I have interpreted your situation correctly, and this helps. Please post again if you still have problems with it.

Thanks Cyrano. I will definitely try your suggestion. I probably won't have an
opportunity to see if it works until early next week. I am "Talladega Bound"
this weekend and am too busy the next couple of days. Thanks for the heads up!!
