I had to placeAtPc and stuff to get this quest done since I got ahead of me and freed Dahleena before I handed over the secret ledger. Why do you cast Mark after you have handed over the ledger? A Mark is permanent until you cast the spell once more, no need to recast it every time you Recall.

Edit: Okay, he's just left & then right of the entrance to "Caldera, Mining Company Office" (not the tower-like side of it, the other side).

Unless you're a stickler for not killing anyone you don't have to, it's really not worth even bothering to do it bloodlessly if you're already freed Dahleena, dishwasher (the reward is an ebony helm, or something akin to that... wheee...). I'd suggest you just kill the two and be done with it.
