I was wondering if it was wise to challenge Venim for the title of archmaster in house redoran before I have to challenge him to become hortator. Will I be able to become hortator of redoran if I kill him now?

Hrm... actually, all should be well, but only if you challenge Bolvyn Venim to a duel in the Vivec arena; later (ie: at the proper time), just talk to Athyn Sarethi and he'll auto-promote you to Redoran Hortator due to your Archmaster status.

I killed him LONG AGO before becoming Hortator. Anyway, wise woman in Urshilaku camp told me that I cannot become Hortator because I killed a redoran. But, 'cause I am archmaster, I automatically become Hortator. Nice?

You sure about that, dukestepa? The "Hey, you killed one of us" check is before the "okay, you can be the Redoran Hortator" in Athyn's "Redoran Hortator" dialogue tree. It's true that Nibani Maesa (Urshilaku Wise Woman) and Athyn Sarethi use different methods of checking if you've killed a Redoran councilor, but they both look like they ought to be able to tell if you screwed the pooch.
