Alright, Well I got the star and all that good. I was told I need to be named horator ect. Now should I be named the neverarine before I start these quests or after them? Does it make it easier if I do it after, or is it a requirement to be named neveraine?

It doesn't matter which one you do first, or even mix ;) as long as you do all 7(4 tribes+3 houses).

While technically true, NeoXro, if you do the Hortator ones 1st then you stand a better chance of getting a good reaction with the House Dunmer; they spit on you if you get the Nerevarine ones 1st. On the other hand, the Ashlanders won't care if you do theirs 2nd.

Hehehe.. I had no idea the order really mattered at all.. I did the Nerevarine quests first, and then walked around telling *everyone* I talked to that I was the Nerevarine. (At least that's how I played it in my mind... "Hey, <i>I'm</i> the Nerevarine...")
No one was ever impressed. ;)
