Ive convinced the Hlaaul and the Tel to name me thier Horator, but how do i convince the House of Rendoran?? Ive spoken to all the council and all agree except Bolvyn Venim, how do i convince him??

This is a GUESS, based on what I've seen of Venim so far. I haven't started fiddling with House allegiances (and I thought that I was told you can't belong to more than 1 house, that when you try to join the second one, everyone will distrust you). In any event:
Note: this may be totally off-base
It's been rumored that Venim is having an affair with someone. If you can find evidence of this and confront him, you might be able to use the "honor and challenges" dialog option (that's not the exact text of it, but it's that idea) to kill him. With him out of the way, that might remove the barrier to your advancement. Again, that's only a guess, but it seems that they wouldn't go to so much trouble pointing out his infidelity if that wasn't a possible solution. I remember that there was some "honor challenge" option with him, but I'm not Redoran yet, and didn't have any evidence of his... fiddling.
Once all of the other councillors have agreed, Venim should offer to duel you. If you win the dual you will be named Hortator

Hmm, this concerns me, I have already killed Venim in a duel for the spot of Archmaster in the House Redoran....so when the time comes for the House of Redoran to name me Hortator....will it come automatically(seeing as how I'm the boss :D ) or will it want me to still get his approval?

You will still need the approval of the other councilors. since you have already dualed Venim, you have fullfilled that portion of the Hortator quest and need not worry.

Ok, that's good, thanks for the reply.
Heh, you'd think I'd have that authority to myself, guess the lesser nobles wouldn't like that though hehe
