This is my first time playing this game and I've got to the part where you are to take the weapons lock of jock. I managed to do this and got the message to get back down to him so he can blow the doors. I go back to the helicopter but nothing happens. Have I missed something or is this a glitch?
Any help would be appreciated.

You sure your in the right room to hit the missle lock button? There are two rooms exactly alike, both with the same buttons. You want the one on the right as you enter the hall from the stairs. You need to have a key from a locker to open it. Otherwise as you enter the bay jock should take off and fire missles. If nothing is working, restore a save and try again.

I've had this happen to me a couple times over the years. The only solution is to reload from an earlier saved game, as Stingm says.

You could also enable cheats, and try typing
trig jockweapons
Er..or just frobbing the button again. Has jock talked to you via infolink yet?
