No drive-by drama, just no real news yet. This shit goes SLOWLY. I am anticipating both sides using all 3 of their continuances anyway, so it could be a year or so before anything really gets going. Sorry, I thought I said something about it a while back. I have a feeling it is going to be a war of attrition.

I not only missed your birthday but the Alan story as well somewhere along the line. Of course what he should have done is down it on the first roll so he wouldn't have to worry about it the rest of the way but but hey.
