Do what I do, go outside and just fuck around. I have a small river right on the edge of the property, and I like to explore it, go hiking, taking pictures, maybe taking the old fishing pole down there. Oh, and a backpack full of beer cans.

Find out about your local wildlife and go and watch it. Also cycling. Personally speaking, I would love to be able to get a powerful telescope and study the night sky but I get panicky looking through a telescope.

If you still have an iota of gaming left in you, it's just video gaming that's getting old, you might try the more social route of a boardgaming group.
Other things like that that I've been into are a Texas Holdem group (always very popular), and a movie group (the one I go to, every weekend is a different foregin country; we'll watch maybe 3 movies from that country).

My girlfriend is really into crafty shit. She is into making jewelry and making garden art out of various pieces of glass from yard sales and glass beads. If you want pics I'll post some in a few.

Why's that, now? Does a sudden shiver run down your spine as you take in how insignificant our little blue dot is when set against the majestic scale of all that universe out there?
Or, slightly more realistically, are you afraid that a meteorite might bust through the lens and smash into your eye or something?

Learn a new language. It can be as solitary or social as you want to make it, and it's incredibly rewarding. It's also easy to combine with some of the other suggestions, if you get some Pimsleur mp3s and listen to them while rowing or what have you.
