To those of you that want to train you Enchantment skill high (all the way to 100 if your Int. allows), here is where and how:
Locate the dungeoncomplex called Indoranyon. It is south/south-east of Vos. You can recognize it by a note stuck to the door with a Silver dagger. Now, first of all save before you enter incase you kill the wrong person. Most of what you meet in here are Worshipers and random monsters (Winged Twilight, Hunger, Ghosts a.s.o.) but there is a character at the exit that is called Qorwyn. He is initially hostile to you and will attack you on sight. So to get to talk to him and persuade him to train you, you need to go invisible and get infront of him and then initiate dialogue. When you sucessfully do this he will train you in Enchantment up to a maximun of 100, or as high as your Intelligence is.
Hope this helps for some of you having a hard time Enchanting items :-)

The orc in the Fighters training quarters offers heavy armor to 100.

On the second floor of the Lucky Lockup in Balmora, there is a person who can train shortblade to 100
In the Mages guild at Wolverine Hall, the guild master there can train your speechcraft to 100
