I have some high end items I want to unload but most vendors only have 2k at most. Is there someone, somewhere that has some cash to give me for these items??
I tried search but came up with nothing good.
Thanks for the info in advance.

there's a couple things you can do:
1. IIRC, there's a plugin that gives all merchants in the game an increase in funds (i think it's G x 3, "g" being the starting amount of gold.(
http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/mods/mods.asp) this site is a good source for plugins.
or if that isn't enough (or you can't find it)
2. you can edit a merchant(s) of your choice and give them the gold that you need...they will always have this gold and it's a good thing for post-dwemer ruin raiding.
if you don't know how to edit a merchant, pm me.
OR if you have the Crap-Box version, pm forsythe for a good strategy of buying/selling/buying back/sellingback...i don't remember it exactly.

If you don't want to mess with plugins (for whatever reason - you think it's cheating, you have an XBox, whatever) go see Creeper. He's on the second floor of the orc's house in Caldera. He's a Scamp who always pays exact face value for every item (unlike every other merchant who will offer a lower price than the item is worth) and he has $5000 to barter with.
When you have items worth over $5000 you will have to do some "buyback" to get to an appropriate number. For instance, say you had 3 items - a Glass Sword worth $10,000, a Glass Dagger worth $4,000, and a Orcish Shield worth $1,000. Sell him the Dagger and Shield for a total of $5,000. Then wait 24 hours (the default key for Rest/Wait is "T"). Then sell him the Sword (+10k) and buy back the Dagger (-4K) and Shield (-1K) for a grand total sold of $5,000.
This sounds time consuming and complicated, but the further you get in the game, the easier it is, because you'll have sold him a wide variety of items, making the math much much simpler each time you go back. For instance, when I first went to him with items over $5,000 (right after I had ripped off the Hlaalu Treasury in Vivcc), it took me about 45 minutes (real-time) of buying and selling to get rid of all my stuff without losing any money. But, the last time I went back, fully laden with $200,000 worth of Ebony and Daedric weapons, it only took about 10 minutes (real-time) to get rid of it all. It's just a process of figuring out the quickest way to do the math, then selling, then waiting.
There's a merchant in the Ashlander Zanib camp, on the northeast corner of the main island, who has $9,000 to barter with. But it's in the middle of nowhere, so unless you want to use a Mark spell to get there quickly (and you can only ever have one place Marked at a time), I'd say use Creeper.

There's also the talking mudcrab merchant, who like creeper will pay exactly face value for things, but has 10k. Downside is he's out in the middle of nowhere
Dwarven Ruins called Mzahnch, he's on a small island directly south east of them.
