Captain Howdy.
If you haven't seen The Exorcist, do. I watch it every Halloween with friends because it is without doubt the most shocking and disturbing film ever. It took a few watches and definitely a read of Mark Kermode's analysis of the film and its troubled production to realise that it's a fantastically warm tale about friendship, salvation, faith, life, death and all the other really powerful shit in life. Reading the book highlights this ten-fold (it's easily one of the best books I've ever read). At any rate, it's possibly the greatest film ever made
But having said that I cried at the end of Lost In Translation. Try not doing that though a fug of whiskey when you're completely alone in the house and desperately in need of a hug
AAAAAAANYWAY
What else I got for yas:
This is a photographic "diary" of a guy walking through a wood and meeting an untimely end. In one of the photos you will spot the persuer. Hint: Tower. Regardless of it's authenticity, some of the photos and locations are sublime.
Man I love this shit. I get scared by anything. I lose entire nights sleep thinking about either that crazy bitch from The Grudge, Sadako, Aliens or Captain Howdy
Also I hate people who always say nothing scares them. Stupid gung ho bastards who can't appreciate horror or fear because it makes them feel weak or something

Unfortunately, I've got nothing to contribute to this thread as all creepy online shit I know of (like (

What is that?
A squirrel?
If that is what it is, I'd run too.
Those little roof-rats can have rabies. And they steal cookies out of baby strollers. And attack little kids.
Very nice pixs. I love the fog. Very creepy.

Pancakes, sausages and chocolate chips. How wonderful the age of consumerism is(too bad I've never seen it). I don't care about the other hidden messages, shove them down my throat.

I loved that one precisely because it started out so technical and everyday real. It had a Ray Bradbury feel. Ordinary leading seamlessly to horror. Bradburys "October Game" springs to mind though that one is shorter.
Good horror takes me back to my youth when the vauge dark magic of it was possible because everything was. But that was before the real horror of mentally unstable creeps shooting school girls and having to threaten a socially retarded goon stalking my daughter. And the slow burn of disgust knowing I meant every terrible word and live with a sort of monster inside me as well.
But yeah. The campfire stuff is cool. Wish I had a clicky.

I've never seen that before, and quite enjoyed it. In fact I'm not well versed in Creepy Stuff on the Internet. Can we declare an Old Hat Amnesty or something? I'd love to read more. Noid's photo-diary link was cool too (altho I think I saw the Predator in one pic!).

Ah, now this kind of stuff is what I am talking about. Those picture from the post above are cool too. I assume his diary is SUPPOSE to dead end on the 19th? he dead, then?

For instance, I was listening to "Vicarious" by Tool, off of their myspace site, and noticed a very faint sound of a man's voice in the background 5 minutes in. Does anyone know what their saying?
You're barking up the wrong song in 10,000 Days there; if you're really interested in that kind of shit a lot of people rave about Tool's subliminal messaging (in their middle albums in particular), but have a look around for how the 2 parts (Wings for Marie + 10,000 Days) and Vigintri Tres fit together. Additionally, I've discovered a small clip which is Vigintri Tres flipped around and compressed to 7 seconds, which sounds suspiciously like a distorted voice. If you have a few listens you can make up your own mind as to what it says
