Speck of dust.
And it has a 'tail' because it was moving in front of your camera, which has moderately slow shutter speed, when you took the picture.
It's motion blur.
bah, your no fun. :( It very well may be just dust. The only true way to know would be if there was something in front of it. Since the light reflecting off the dust would not be obscured by the object, but something else would.
Neat picture of the bug. I wonder if someone was screwing around, or maybe there are earwigs on the satelite. That an adventure game, Paz? If so, which is it?
I guess I'm gonna have to start digging deeper into the internet, if I want to overcome these skeptics. Not saying that I believe this stuff myself, but at least have a little fun with it.

Since you mentioned 10,000 Days, I just want to take this opportunity to say I want to strangle the mixer of that one. One minute it is so quiet you turn the volume up to catch the background and the next the drums kick in full volume and blow your eardrums to hell. Still, Tools best thus far.

Well that's a bit of a trademark of tool's music, the violent changes in volume and tone...
And you are the only person I have ever heard of who reckons 10 000 days is their best cd. For one, it has a lot more filler tracks than any other so far. Lateralus probably has some of the best tracks, and Aenima is probably the most consistent as a whole. I love Vicarious, but the cd goes steadily downhill from there...

Keep listening. I thought the same when I first heard it but some of the later tracks grow on you. I don't hear it as filler at all. Lateralus was good but had it's dogs. Aenima we agree on. It was consistent. Awful from beginning to end.
I also agree with Ulukai. What next? Gobs of fat on a stick?

Firstly I'm quite confident that I have listened to the cd a hell of a lot more than you have, and I love a couple of the tracks but there is way too much noodling that leads nowhere. The idea of twin tracks in 10 000 days and Wings for Marie has been done way better in Parabol, Parabola. Lipan conjuring and Lost Keys (blame hoffman) are both nothing tracks, and are back to back, which makes it worse. Intension spends a whole 7 minutes building up to absolutely nothing. Virginity Tres is just a horrible way to end the cd (compared to third eye, for example). Look, comparing the way that the cd kicks off with two awesome tracks, the rest of the cd is way too patchy.

Then you are too confident. You may have listened plenty and heard little. Besides who are you to wave your finger when there is monkey killing monkey killing monkey over pieces of the ground? You seem to prefer the high energy pieces over those that build to climax... or not. That's okay. You are young yet. What you call noodling I would call mood building. Different strokes. You have to figure the band members are mostly my age anyway and there are influences that I might recognise where you do not. On the other hand, the Navaho chant was frikkin jarring even if a lot of the CD was chant inspired. The end... eh. Next you hear it imagine you are eighty and dying, shot up with morphine in a hospital hearing the respirator and your own blood surging in your ear... someone speaks as the flow of blood to your brain ends.
But then nobody ever does an album the way WE would. OURS WOULD BE AWESOME.

Whatever happened to "I just don't like it"? 10,000 Days is boring. I just don't like it. I get it. But it's not interesting. I just don't like it. It's the first Tool album I haven't liked and it makes me sad :(
